Rob Dobi’s Fullbleed Designs

Rob Dobi is a New-England based photographer and graphic designer who is responsible for creating merchandise for some of the music industry’s biggest artists including The Rolling Stones, Green Day, Weezer and Michael Jackson. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Dobi produces bold images that reflect his individual style rather than simply following what’s in vogue.

In 2004 he launched Fullbleed, a new company focused on his conceptual art, available on T-shirts or silkscreen prints. Having spent so much time producing apparel for bands and singers, Dobi wanted an outlet for his original designs and individual ideas. The success of this enterprise has enabled him to run the business as a full time career with Fullbleed having recently released its thirteenth collection of designs. The designs are printed on American Apparel or Next Level T-shirts, with posters silkscreen printed in Portland, Oregon by Diesel Fuel Prints. Each poster is signed by the artist and available on high quality 150lb paper measuring eighteen by twenty-four inches.

Nine T-shirts are available in the new collection, launched in November, each featuring a silhouetted figure that has become Dobi’s trademark. Our four favourite new designs are below.
