Haydanhuya is a small company based in Istanbul, Turkey run by skilled craftsman Gökhan Eryaman. It specialises in handmade wooden products, including a smart range of wood wallets.

Each wallet is made from a single piece of wood, using carving, drilling and sanding techniques which give a strong yet elegant build quality. They are engraved with a Haydanhuya manufacturing identification at the rear and come in a grey protective pouch. The online store currently sells a range of six wallets built from either oak or walnut.

The wallets measure at just 95mm thick and are perfect for those who like thin wallets that sit in the front pocket. They can also be used as a stylish card holder for business people who want to make an impression.

This is very much a twenty-first century product (despite its traditional build). In an age where the use of hard cash is declining in many countries and near-field communication continues to spread in popularity, these wallets are ideal.
